As far as concern how to pack and load our natural stones in the container, we follow the below guidelines without fail:
Big Stone Slabs Packing: We use pine wood or grinded jungle wood as per the order from the client, the wood bundle are always ISPM - 15 standard fumigated so that no insect can survive.
Stone Tiles Packing: We use pine wood or grinded jungle wood as per the order from the client, the wooden crates are always ISPM - 15 standard fumigated so that no insect can persist in the wood.
Stone Mosaic Tiles Packing: We pack our stone mosaic tiles first in carton and then in wooden crates.
We use 8 mm thick foam for extra cushion to the tiles, we put thin polythene sheet in between the tiles to avoid scratches during transit, our crates are extra strong due to putting cross wood in both sides, we use extra strapping all around the crates in both sides, we laminate the wooden crates after packing, after that we put ISPM-15 stamp on the crates, then we load by fork lift into the container.
Whatever the product we pack like cut to size tiles packing, paving stone packing, cobblestone packing, pool coping packing, steps risers packing, solid steps packing, curbstone packing, jumbo slabs packing...we always always do packing in an proficient manner.
Last but not the least…we always send the DIGITAL IMAGES of whole production procedure and during the packing of the material so as to show the progress and completing of the order.
